Field users can access the assigned job through the mobile application and scan the assets found at each location.
Ad-hoc audits:
Ad-hoc audits provide an unplanned, on-demand way to verify assets at a location. A user working in the field can scan Barcode or RFID tags for assets at the location they are in, without needing a pre-defined audit job. The system records the asset’s last audited or seen date, providing a record of when the asset was last verified.
RFID asset locator:
RFID software on compatible handheld readers allows users to search for an asset using its RFID tag. The reader provides an audible indication that changes as the user moves closer to the tagged asset, helping locate the required asset.

Issue and return of assets including loaned and leased assets:
The issue and return functions record asset assignments to people and locations, including assets that are loaned or leased. This provides a record of who has responsibility for an asset and supports the return and reassignment of assets when required.
Asset look-up:
Users can scan the Barcode or RFID tag of an asset to look up its asset details. Alternatively, users can manually enter the Barcode or RFID value to display the associated asset record.
Managing work orders:
The “My Service Jobs” feature displays service centre jobs or work orders that have been allocated to a user.
